the rooms are nicely decorated and have absolutely superb view of the cathedral. there is a plenty of supplies like : coffee/tea makers, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

I liked my room - stylish and good-sized with excellent breakfast. The location is fantastic and stunning and next to the main square in the city close to lots of restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and the town center.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, everything was immaculate. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and spa areas which had a chic and modern vibe. The valet parking was a great convenience, and the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town with secure parking space available.

Conveniently located close to the old town and the main medieval square. Just a short 300 feet stroll away, there's a cool bar called Brasserie Jm's 🍸.

My Easter break at this hotel was pretty good. it was nice to receive two complementary activities upon arrival. The location was fantastic, I was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities which included a gym, sauna, steam room, and a huge indoor pool.

My room was located in the attic which made it very difficult for my wife to access. Unfortunately, the shower in our room was blocked which caused it to flood and the hotel staff wasn't able to fix it due to our short stay, but overall, it was a decent stay.

The central location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The upgraded rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a bath and shower. The extensive breakfast was a great start to each day. We also appreciated the convenience of valet parking. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

our recent stay at hotel in rouen was amazing. autograph collection truly exceeded our expectations. the staff were so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. the upgraded room was spacious and beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Exceptionally professional staff and the facilities are impeccable, clean, quiet, beautifully designed interiors. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the overall aesthetics of the hotel.

The mattresses in our room could have been a little more plush, as they were on the firmer side. However, this is more of a personal preference rather than a complaint.
